Dreamsrendered LLC is located in Park City, Utah. We provide 3D
modeling and architectural rendering services to homeowners, interior
designers,
architects and home builders. Our service is essential for trouble
shooting design issues of your new home or remodel. Most of our clients
use our service for specific areas of their home. However we can also
create a 3D model of your entire home and create renderings of any area
at your request. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Which is
why our service is the key to bridging the gap between home designers
and builders.

How it works
We will create a 3D model of your new home or remodel based on your
specifications. These specs can come from a simple sketch giving basic
dimensions or a detailed blueprint. If you or your architect already
have a 3D CAD file we can import it into our software. We can also come
to your project and measure the area to be modeled and create the 3D
model from scratch.
Once the 3D model is created we apply the materials. For example a tile for the floor, granite to apply to the counter top and so forth. We can even create custom materials by using a picture of the material you would like add.
We then add any objects to the model that you request. For example appliance for the kitchen, furniture for the great room, or even plants and vehicles for the exterior. People of varying heights may also be added to give a feeling of dimension.
Once all the materials and objects have been added we set up the views based on your specs and create your architectural renderings. We then email and/or print these images so you can pass them to you home builder and sub contractors.
